Sales Manager

Responsibilites:
-To achieve monthly/yearly sales targets, develop distribution channels (new and existing) to consistently meet company's objectives
-To market beauty and health products to dealers and / or beauty salons
-To identify, negotiate and secure new distribution channels within the territories assigned for future expansion plans
-To ensure all sales activities, programs and policies are executed within the specified budget and time frame accordingly

Requirement:
-3 to 5 years experience in marketing cosmetics, skincare, beauty and health products with proven sales track record
-Good network of contacts with cosmetic dealers, Spas and/or beauty salons
-Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively in Malaysia and overseas (if required)
-Excellent communication in English & Mandarin and/or Chinese Dialect
-Highly motivated, sales oriented self-starter with ability to work independently and as a team
